    just cooked it and it was delicious. i didnt have any poultry seasoning so i used a chicken bouillon cube. i suggest you use smaller chicken pieces so that the marinade goes through all the way more easily and the chicken is juicy all over. plus finishing off the juicy meat left near the bones is always amazing.

    @txsphere You are exactly right. From the start, I would reserve some marinade in a separate dish, with a separate brush, for basting after the cooking.
