just cooked it and it was delicious. i didnt have any poultry seasoning so i used a chicken bouillon cube. i suggest you use smaller chicken pieces so that the marinade goes through all the way more easily and the chicken is juicy all over. plus finishing off the juicy meat left near the bones is always amazing.
How come your grilled chicken always looks burnt?
Nice job on the video looks good. When you have time come visit my channel!
Well…….I finally read the Cornell Chicken blog as directed. LMAO! So reading between the lines, I understand now what you are implying. Dr. Baker was actually the original “chicken fucker” and the inspiration for the Southpark episode of the same name!
I wish i hadn’t watched this now! I’m peckish!
OMFG MAKES ME HUNGRY WHILE I JUST ATE…
The Dr. Robert Baker my dad worked for recently passed away I believe 1-2 years ago. He was a dentist, and a professor.
They are called Broilers. The fryers are smaller and ment to be cut up and battered
IVY LEAGUE CHICKEN? OW!
omg from the picture it looked like some grilled sea horses and i was like 0_o. hah

Damn that looks good
If I won the lottery, I’d pay you $100,000 to be my personal chef.
Somehow I knew you had a nice garden.
@txsphere You are exactly right. From the start, I would reserve some marinade in a separate dish, with a separate brush, for basting after the cooking.
Looks like 2 large grilled sea horses
